Beginner Sewing Workshop | Peplum Split Tank Top | Saturday 13th & 20th June

This workshop takes place over two Saturday mornings:

Saturday 13th June | 9:30-12:00

Saturday 20th June | 9:30-12:00

Sew a sweet summer top, the perfect project for confident beginners. At Make Space we love a good stash-busting sewing project! This clever design means you can mix and match fabrics, have fun color-blocking or do some interesting directional stripe play. The Peplum Split Tank is a relaxed fitting tank with an A-Line silhouette and a high gathered peplum at the back. The loose fit feels breezy to wear and doesn’t require any complicated fitting.

You’ll learn:

  • bias binding

  • gathering

  • flat felled seams (optional)

The Peplum Split Tank Top is designed for light to midweight woven fabrics.

Pattern is included in price for you to keep and use again. Fabric is NOT included (but we may have something suitable for you to work with in the studio, just ask!)

After completing this workshop you are welcome to attend our unguided open studio times and use our Bernina sewing machines to work on your sewing projects.
