Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings of workshops, courses, memberships, and other services offered by Make Space, whether booked via the website or other online booking systems.

Booking & Contract

Bookings are made online. A binding contract is formed once the booking process is completed. Places are limited and confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Participation & Requirement

Participation is at your own responsibility. Any required prior knowledge is stated in the respective workshop description. Make Space is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due in advance using the available payment methods.

Cancellation by Participants

Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before the workshop begins.
After this period, or in the case of non-attendance, the full workshop fee is payable.
A replacement participant may attend with prior agreement.

Cancellation by Make Space

Make Space reserves the right to cancel workshops due to illness, insufficient bookings, or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, all paid fees will be fully refunded. No further claims can be made

Liability

Participation in workshops is at your own risk. Make Space is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

Copyright

All workshop content, materials, and images are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or used without prior permission.

Photography & Video Notice

During workshops, we occasionally take photos or short videos to document studio life and share the creative atmosphere at Make Space. These may be used on our website, social media channels, newsletters, or other promotional materials. We always aim to represent participants respectfully and sensitively. If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, simply let us know before or during the workshop — this is absolutely fine and will always be respected. You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by contacting us.

Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Make Space (hello@make-space.studio) by a clear statement (e.g. email).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal.

Exclusion of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for services if the workshop takes place within the withdrawal period and you have expressly agreed that the service begins before the end of that period.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all current and future bookings with Make Space.
